The Eric Grows Companies guides are plain-English walkthroughs for running your business with AI and no code. They are written for non-technical business owners who already use AI chat tools and want to go further. Each guide takes one part of a business and walks it end to end, with no jargon and no assumption that the reader came from the software world.

The starting guide is "How to run your business with AI, without writing code." It covers the whole path in one read: what the underlying skill actually is, the six parts of a business an owner runs themselves, where to start in the first 60 minutes, the mistake to avoid, and what it costs. It is the hub of a growing series, and it is the right first read for an owner who is past the chat box and unsure what comes next. Which guides are published in this series?

The Eric Grows Companies guides form a hub-and-spoke series about running your business with AI. The hub guide covers all six outcomes an owner runs themselves, and each outcome becomes its own spoke guide over time. Five guides are published so far: the hub guide on running a whole business with AI and no code, plus spokes on building a website you own, one dashboard for your numbers, generative engine optimization (GEO) for getting found when people ask AI, and small business automation for turning a routine you do by hand into work that runs without you.

What guides are planned in this series?

One further spoke guide is planned, covering the remaining hub outcome: small agents the owner directs to do a defined job on request, without a fleet of agents to supervise. It is written as its own guide when it ships, and the hub guide already covers that outcome in shorter form in the meantime. The sixth outcome, a growth plan worked out with AI as a thinking partner, is covered inside the hub guide rather than as a separate page.

Who writes these guides?

These guides are written by Eric, founder of Eric Grows Companies. Eric was a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations at Meta, holds an MBA and a CPA, and has never written a line of code. Eric runs three live companies himself with AI: StratEngine AI, SCUBAzen, and Venice Threads Co. The guides teach the strategy-and-operations skill of describing what you want clearly, which is what lets a non-technical owner run a business with AI.
